Movie 43 shows us that anyone can direct films, but not everyone should. It was a collaborative effort of 13 directors and not once did i find myself the least bit amused. When it was anounced i was really looking forward to watching it. I mean, with an all star cast including Emma stone, Richard Gere, Hugh Jackman just to name a few… how did it suck so much?

For a movie with so many hollywood stars in it, i give it no stars.

New experience helps me understand myself better.

Being flung into this sudden change, I now realise how bad my old life used to be. How unmotivated, uninspired, unappreciative, unthoughtful and ungrateful i was. & now that i understand that i hate the old me.

It’s all about the new me from now on.

I will be persistant with goals.

I will strive to best myself and ultimately defeat the old me.

Nobody will miss me because they don’t know me yet.

Not sure if I’ve mentioned this or not but I’ve moved to New York a couple of days ago. It’s such a big change for me from being a born and raised aussie now in what seems to be the heart of the world. It’s literally busy 24/7 here and aint nobody got time for your shit!

I now go to the Miami ad school and yesterday was my first class. It was everything I’d hoped for in a school and exceeded my expectations exponentially. The people are all driven, the teachers all motivate you to succeed, and not only that but they expect you to. This city’s such a fine example of how hard work and determination pays off.

Standing between all the large towering skyscrapers with the flashing lights and masses of people, I realised that i’m a tiny part of this world. It really belittles you, but at the same time i feel as though It’ll help me grow. One day I’ll be able to grow as big. no, not literally but emotionally. But then again if i do become some huge mutant i guess they’ll have king kong 2 or godzilla 2 or some other shit ass movie.

the time now is 6am. These days i can’t sleep well as I constantly worry about finding a place to live. I’m at a hotel right now and shits expensive as balls!
